We are a group of paranormal investigators, Located in North Conway, New Hampshire.

We have dedicated ourselves to paranormal investigation, research, and education. Our services include assisting other paranormal investigation and research groups, ghost hunting groups, and the general public with any questions about subjects related to investigation-related sciences, paranormal science, parapsychology, investigation philosophy, investigation tools, & investigation techniques. We conduct private thorough scientific paranormal investigations for clients and occasionally help larger groups conduct private or public paranormal investigations. We do not conduct private or public ghost hunts, which is purely a recreational activity with the sole purpose of witnessing paranormal activity. What you see on television shows is ghosthunting. They focus on attempting to confirm the presence of paranormal activity without employing procedures that focus on scientific discovery or experimentation. Our investigations do not resemble what you see on television, as our focus is to find a natural scientific explanation for the perceived paranormal activity. A recreational ghost hunting group in town offers recreational ghost hunts, and occasionally ghost walks for the public without including any scientific methodology, principles, or experimentation. Our investigative methodology leans primarily on mainstream scientific facts and secondarily focuses on mainstream scientific theories. We investigate and attempt to explain perceived paranormal activity with everyday science facts and theory before moving on to a possible paranormal cause as a last resort. We favor this methodology to minimize potential false possible paranormal positives, allowing us to give our clients the most accurate information. If we cannot find a definitive scientific cause, we consult those with advanced college degrees or subject matter experts for possible explanations. Only after those avenues have been exhausted will we begin to consider something to be paranormal possibly.

The group was initially founded in October 2010 under the name “Extreme Paranormal Investigators Consortium” in Auburn, Massachusetts. Auburn is a suburb of Worcester. Our team investigated, researched, and educated countless home and commercial clients across the New England region. We conducted these investigations unilaterally or in tandem with other paranormal investigation groups. In addition, we worked alongside members of the Ghosthunters & Ghosthunters International television shows at their non-televised events in and around the New England area. Our team members helped them lead investigations and educate those who attended their weekend-long symposiums across New England and beyond. We have also educated at paranormal conventions and through online and in-person coaching.

Mount Washington Valley SPIRIT produces an online blog. We also produce a podcast, an audible version of our blog. We also produce the video series “The Paranormal Minute.” In the blog and on the podcast, we explore topics pertaining to paranormal investigators, paranormal science, paranormal research, paranormal investigation, and parapsychology. The blog and podcast are geared towards serious paranormal investigators and focus heavily on the general science and somewhat on paranormal science and theory, as well as the parapsychological phenomenon that can be found during a career as a paranormal investigator. Whether you are a paranormal investigator looking to brush up on your science and procedures or if you are a recreational ghosthunter or have a general interest in the paranormal, our podcast and blog are great resources for various subjects, some of which you may not have heard of in the past, but may have been exposed to during paranormal investigations.
